TOS

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to all of the terms below

  • Commission is prioritized for completion in the order of each client's deadline.

  • For a more affective work flow, please contact me at least one month in advance to the deadline.

  • Clients will have to provide a clear brief on their ideas, characters' references and personalities.

  • Depending on the complexity of the artwork / animation, it will take between 2 weeks to 2 months to be made after sketch / storyboard approval.

  • Views / Engagements are never guaranteed. I cannot promise on meeting a certain number of engagement, as the algorithm is not reliable.

  • In some cases, I will have to read through the brief first before agreeing on working with the other party and provide a clear rate. (Feel free to have me sign an NDA for confidental purposes)

  • If clients fail to reply on time, leading to less working time that was stated beforehand, I will have to ask to extend the deadline. And in some cases, cancel the project altogether.

  • Payments are accepted via bank transfer. PayPal is an option but isn't recommended, as client will have to cover the fees that come with the payment (5-10%).

  • I will need to know a clear name of the project (company, game name,...) I will be working for before coming to a final decision.

  • Agreeing to work with the other party does not equivalent to agreeing to one's political view.

  • I have every rights to decline a commission request that I believe is not suitable for me and/or out of my skill range.

  • All my works are strictly prohibited from being used in AI training and any blockchain-based technologies.

Type 1:
Animation Meme

  • Based on an already exisiting Animation Meme.

  • Client's brief contains at least: Idea(s) / Animation direction, characters' necessary references. I can help provide some suggestions that might suit the client's idea(s).

  • Won't do lore-heavy animation for this type.

  • More repetitive scenes and sequences.

  • Ranges around 20 to 45 seconds, depending on the animation meme idea and amount of scenes.

  • Additional charges may apply if there are more than 7 scenes in one animation.

  • Requires around 2 weeks - 1 month to be made

Type 2:
Semi-complex Animation

  • Clear detailed brief is required from the client. Containing the client's idea(s), characters' necessary references, animation and music directions,... I can help provide music suggestions if necessary.

  • Lore / Character(s) story needs to be provided if the animation is lore-heavy.

  • Each / Most scenes are unique.

  • Ranges around 60 to 150 seconds.

  • Requires around 1-2 months to be made

Type 3:
Friday Night Funkin' Sprites / Reskin

  • Client's brief contains at least: Idea(s) / Directions, characters' necessary references. I can help provide some suggestions that might suit the client's idea(s).

  • Won't do lore-heavy video for this type.

  • Examples here

  • Cross-posting for each platform will cause extra.

  • If the video is posted on YouTube and a YouTube Shorts is wanted, there would be an additional fee.

  • Clear pricing / rates will be discussed in private

Workflow

  • Brief → Storyboard → Draft v1 → Draft v2 → Finished

  • Major fixes can be made during the Storyboard state. Only minor changes can be made after storyboard approval. For example, I won't add an entire new scene or change a scene completely after the storyboard has already been approved. But it can be done during the Storyboard state.

  • Weekly updates can be provided if requested.

  • Payments cannot take any longer than net (30) days after the last post is live. Additional fees may occur if the other party fails to pay on time.
